If you wish to pay by credit card, please complete the Credit Card Remittance Form and fax it to (704) 687-3340.

If you are applying for readmission, you must submit a Readmission Form to the Records & Registration (Registrar’s) Office. You are a candidate for readmission if you meet one or more of the following conditions:

• Have been absent from UNC Charlotte for more than 12 consecutive months from the end of the last term enrolled
• Want to earn a second degree if you attended as an undergraduate degree seeking student and earned a Bachelors degree from UNC Charlotte or another college or university
• Previously were suspended from UNC Charlotte

If you do not register the term readmitted, you must go through the applications process again, submitting another application and readmission fee.
