The Veterans Service Office (VSO) at UNC Charlotte is conducting a survey to help improve services to veteran students. The VSO was implemented by the Registrar's Office to assist veteran students in using their VA Benefits at UNC Charlotte. The VSO is not part of the Department of Veterans Administration, and the staff is not employed by VA. Our responsibility is to provide support in applying for benefits, clarification of regulations, and certification of enrollment to the Regional VA Office in Atlanta, GA.

This survey is broken down into two parts: Part I relates to the Regional Veterans Administration in Atlanta, GA; Part II relates to the VSO and how we can better serve you.
