Enrollment Verification for Students

If you are a current UNC Charlotte student, then you can obtain enrollment verification forms at no charge!

Some reasons that you may need enrollment verification:

• Your parents' health insurance provider wants proof that you are a full-time student.
• You're applying for a student credit card and need to certify your enrollment status.
• Your scholarship requires verification that you are matriculated at UNC Charlotte.

Instructions for using 49erExpress to obtain enrollment verification forms

• Log into your 49erExpress Account
• Click 'My Records' tab.
• Click 'Request Enrollment Verification'.
• Enter student information requested: Name, Social Security Number, and birth date.
• Choose "Current Enrollment" or "All Enrollment", then click "Obtain an Enrollment Certificate".
• View and print the Enrollment Certificate.
• Fax or mail the printed Enrollment Certificate to person(s) requesting verification.
• BE SURE TO LOG OFF TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY!

• This is considered an official document coming directly from the National Student Clearinghouse, our official Verifying Agency.
• If the verification is to include a future term, print a copy of your detailed schedule for that upcoming term.
